What is ORQESTRA?
ORQESTRA is a business platform in development, designed to link customer records, finance, operations, project knowledge and AI. Its organising idea is a shared Enterprise Record with clear ownership of information and traceable handovers.
Explore platformWhat can I use today?
This local development build includes the website, account access and a workspace foundation. Business integration work is ongoing. Product tours use fictional records; an account or a working module screen does not establish that the full workflow is ready for operational use.
Explore platformWhere should we start?
Choose one recurring handover with a named owner: for example, passing an agreed sale to delivery and finance. Record the current delay or rework, identify the required systems and define how an improvement would be measured.
Explore implementationDo we need to replace our existing software?
That depends on the required workflow and the access each system provides. The design combines specialist engines with shared records. Existing systems need an integration assessment before support can be promised.
Explore platformAre prices or subscriptions available?
No public tariffs or self-service subscriptions are offered here. The pricing page helps prepare a scope discussion. Any proposal needs confirmed availability, delivery scope, recurring costs and commercial terms.
Explore implementationWhat does the scope builder produce?
It carries your selected capabilities, intended scope and current systems into an enquiry brief. It does not calculate a price or place an order. You can edit the brief on the contact page.
Explore implementationDoes ORQESTRA work offline?
The target product is online-only. An internet connection is required for account access and business data; offline use is not part of the implementation scope.
Explore platformAre these customer examples or case studies?
The product views contain fictional records and scripted scenarios. They explain the intended workflow and do not represent customer endorsements, live results or measured performance.
Explore platformCan we keep our existing CRM?
That requires an integration assessment. CRM-XT is the planned CRM engine. Bring the records, permissions and actions your existing CRM needs to support.
Explore customers & salesCan one customer have accounts in several companies?
The data model separates a shared customer identity from company-specific financial accounts. A multi-company workflow must verify each mapping and preserve company and currency context.
Explore customers & salesHow should conflicting customer details be resolved?
The planned stewardship process compares source evidence and applies field ownership rules. Possible duplicates require review; matching and conflict resolution are not yet available as a production workflow.
Explore customers & salesDoes ORQESTRA replace the accounting ledger?
No. In the target architecture, ERP-ONEXi owns the ledger and financial transactions. ORQESTRA coordinates invoice preparation, approval and follow-up around that engine.
Explore financeIs multi-company invoicing available?
Production availability is not confirmed. The design separates each issuing company and financial account; the mappings, permissions and accounting workflow must be verified before use.
Explore financeWhat should happen after an accounting timeout?
Check whether the source recorded the transaction before trying again. The recovery design requires reconciliation of uncertain results to avoid creating a duplicate; that path must be tested for each integration.
Explore financeDoes a shared stock view combine warehouses?
The design retains warehouse and company context. Stock in different locations must not be treated as interchangeable when checking whether an order can be fulfilled.
Explore operations & commerceDoes the model include services?
Yes. The canonical model includes products and services. A working order or billing process still requires the corresponding source item, units and commercial rules to be configured and verified.
Explore operations & commerceWhere are stock and price changes made?
The target design keeps operational values and transactions with ERP-ONEXi. ORQESTRA must route any supported change through the relevant engine rules and permissions.
Explore operations & commerceWhere will documents be managed?
COLABEX is the planned source for collaborative documents and conversations. ORQESTRA is intended to link that material to customers and projects; the connected workspace is still in development.
Explore workspaceWill AI be able to read every project document?
No. The design requires retrieval to check source permissions before exposing content, excerpts or citations. This must be verified before AI is enabled for business documents.
Explore workspaceWhat happens when document access is revoked?
The implementation must prevent newly restricted content from appearing in subsequent search and AI retrieval. Revocation is an acceptance requirement, not a capability demonstrated by these examples.
Explore workspaceCan the workflow separate clients and brands?
The planned model keeps clients, brands and publishing accounts distinct and linked. Account permissions and review must be validated before a team uses it for client work.
Explore socialWhat if only one channel publishes successfully?
The design records an outcome for each destination. Recovery should address failed or uncertain targets without repeating a confirmed post; live publishing and recovery remain to be implemented.
Explore socialWhich social networks are supported?
No production network support is confirmed by this site. Bring the accounts, media formats and publishing actions you need to the scoping discussion.
Explore socialWhich AI models can we use?
The architecture allows provider-neutral model routing, but no production model catalogue is confirmed here. Model choice needs to match the task, permitted data use and operating requirements.
Explore ai & agentsCan agents send messages or create invoices?
Those are potential tool actions in the design, not live actions in this preview. Enabling them requires a verified integration, permission checks and the applicable approval policy.
Explore ai & agentsHow should an AI answer be reviewed?
Check the cited material, its date and whether it supports the conclusion. AI can make mistakes even when sources are supplied; review should reflect the consequence of using the answer.
Explore ai & agentsWhat is the difference between an Enterprise Record and a Golden Record?
The Enterprise Record links a business identity and its relationships across systems. Golden Record rules determine which important attribute values are authoritative, retaining source evidence and review history.
Explore data & intelligenceDoes the latest update always win?
No. The design uses field ownership and source authority to select a value. A more recent copy does not automatically override the system or steward responsible for that information.
Explore data & intelligenceHow should a merge protect transaction history?
The planned merge process preserves original references and history, with review of ambiguous relationships and downstream reconciliation. Financial transactions remain in their accounting context. Production merge workflows are not yet available.
Explore data & intelligenceWhat should happen if a workflow stops halfway?
The intended recovery process uses recorded progress and source evidence to establish what completed. It must account for external effects before resuming; this needs validation for the workflow in scope.
Explore workflow & integrationsWill every action need human approval?
The required review depends on the action and agreed policy. The design allows authorised routine steps while routing material changes for approval; actual policies must be configured and tested.
Explore workflow & integrationsCan a timeout be retried automatically?
Only where the operation can be repeated safely. For an uncertain external effect, such as creating an invoice, the source result must be checked before another attempt.
Explore workflow & integrationsDoes a shared platform give everyone access to all records?
No. The design preserves organisation, role, company and source-access boundaries. The local account foundation does not establish that every module’s permissions are production-ready.
Explore governanceCan approval carry over after an invoice changes?
The governance specification ties approval to the reviewed plan. A material change requires the applicable fresh review before execution; this must be verified in the live workflow.
Explore governanceIs ORQESTRA certified or guaranteed to meet our compliance requirements?
This site makes no certification or compliance guarantee. Your requirements need documented evidence and validation against the agreed implementation before you rely on it.
