Find the brief, decision and task behind the work.
Keep the approved brief, the decision behind a task and the responsible person within reach. The workspace design links that knowledge to the customer and project.
The COLABEX integration is in development. Connected documents, search and AI retrieval shown here are planned capabilities and require access-control verification.
Find the approved brief behind the open task.
Northwind’s onboarding team needs the approved brief and the reason for an open access-review task. Move from the project to the source document and decision history to see how those pieces fit together.
Illustrative workflow. Document and conversation access follows the original workspace permissions.

Project ORQ-PROJ-208 · client context retained
The project brings together the material each team is permitted to use.
From a customer commitment to a shared working context.
The proposed sequence, from the starting event to the confirmed result.
Connect the project
Link the engagement to the customer and the commercial context that explains the work.
Explore the capability.
ORQESTRA Workspace is planned to connect COLABEX’s collaborative content to shared customer and project records. Teams should be able to find the relevant work while access remains controlled at its source.
Find the evidence behind a decision
Associate briefs, documents and conversations with the customer or project they explain. Preserve the version and source reference so a reviewer can inspect the underlying material.
When a brief changes, keep the earlier approved revision identifiable so the team can explain which scope governed the work.
Connected information.
Clear responsibility.
The target design links information across these systems. Each retains responsibility for its own transactions or content.
Define the first
working scope.
Scope one process before committing to a rollout. Agree these requirements and verify the workflow with the people who will use it.
Our implementation approach- Map projects to customers and commercial records.
- Define the workspaces and document types to connect.
- Validate search and AI against source permissions.
- Agree task ownership and decision-recording practices.
Before you connect the work.
Where will documents be managed?
COLABEX is the planned source for collaborative documents and conversations. ORQESTRA is intended to link that material to customers and projects; the connected workspace is still in development.
Will AI be able to read every project document?
No. The design requires retrieval to check source permissions before exposing content, excerpts or citations. This must be verified before AI is enabled for business documents.
What happens when document access is revoked?
The implementation must prevent newly restricted content from appearing in subsequent search and AI retrieval. Revocation is an acceptance requirement, not a capability demonstrated by these examples.
Where does your team look for the approved version?
Describe the process, systems and decision-makers involved. Use the enquiry to identify scope, dependencies and what must be demonstrated before use.
