Make access, approval and responsibility explicit.

Who can see a record, who can approve a change and what actually happened? ORQESTRA’s control requirements make those questions part of the workflow.

These are governance design requirements, not certification or a guarantee of production controls. Module permissions, approval enforcement and recovery must be verified before rollout.

Know who can see it, who can change it and what was approved.

An invoice reviewer needs to know which organisation and company the action belongs to. Inspect the proposed access boundary, approval record and activity evidence that would make the decision traceable.

Illustrative workflow. The same permission and approval rules apply to people and business tools used by AI.

ORQESTRA Control

Explore the capability.

ORQESTRA’s governance specification defines who can see information, who may authorise a change and what evidence must remain after execution. These requirements guide implementation and acceptance.

Establish the business boundary

Distinguish the active workspace, operating company and customer relationship. Sharing a customer identity must not grant access to another organisation’s records.

What this means in practice

The customer being served is distinct from the workspace using ORQESTRA and the company issuing its invoice.

Connected information.
Clear responsibility.

The target design links information across these systems. Each retains responsibility for its own transactions or content.

Define the first
working scope.

Scope one process before committing to a rollout. Agree these requirements and verify the workflow with the people who will use it.

Our implementation approach
  • Define organisations, companies and role boundaries.
  • Classify sensitive information and permitted use.
  • Set approval rules and retention requirements.
  • Validate access, revocation and changed-plan scenarios.

Before you connect the work.

Does a shared platform give everyone access to all records?

No. The design preserves organisation, role, company and source-access boundaries. The local account foundation does not establish that every module’s permissions are production-ready.

Can approval carry over after an invoice changes?

The governance specification ties approval to the reviewed plan. A material change requires the applicable fresh review before execution; this must be verified in the live workflow.

Is ORQESTRA certified or guaranteed to meet our compliance requirements?

This site makes no certification or compliance guarantee. Your requirements need documented evidence and validation against the agreed implementation before you rely on it.

Which decisions need a named approver and a clear record?

Describe the process, systems and decision-makers involved. Use the enquiry to identify scope, dependencies and what must be demonstrated before use.
